In a time when customer service is all but dead, it was so refreshing to work with Hot Tub Medic. They are professional, knowledgeable, helpful, timely, & respectful. They were careful around my property, even though they had big, heavy vehicles & a hot tub to fit between us & our neighbors, not to mention working around our freshly poured concrete & new landscaping. They held the hot tub until we had the backyard prepped for it. When they delivered it, they waited until it was filled so they could test everything, all while showing me how everything works & how to care for it rather than just dumping it off and leaving it. They even came out last minute to try to fix the old one because we were leaving for vacation when it stopped working! We had a great experience with this company & highly recommend them!
